Eles estavam sempre disponíveis para tirar nossas dúvidas (e foram muitas), sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Tivemos um problema no primeiro dia que nem foi relacionado a eles, e eles resolveram para nós da melhor forma possível. Com certeza quando voltar a Cusco procurarei por eles.

Perfect and friendly tour agency in Cusco We booked a 4 day, 3 night Inca Jungle Tour with Peru Andean Hop and would 200% recommend them. After shopping around Cusco we found that Ivan and colleague were super friendly, explained the tour and gave us a very competitive price.We decided to book the tour with them because of how helpful and trustworthy they came across compared to the other agencies we visited.The tour itself was excellent. Our guide gave us a briefing the night before arranged by Ivan in the office with tea. This gave us an opportunity to ask any questions and discuss the next few days. We loved the rafting in particular on day 1 and enjoyed the day long hike on day 2 followed by the hot springs. Our guide taught us all about the jungle wildlife, plants and even how to make coffee from the raw bean too! The stay in the farm was also wonderful to wake up to be in the middle of the jungle. Ivan also arranged our Machu Picchu entry ticket to make sure it included the Inca Bridge as we were keen to see that along with circuit 2. He also booked us on the later return train so we could maximise our time at the world wonder. This was all above and beyond what any other tour agency would offer us and really appreciated. I would and have already recommended Peru Andean Hop to tourists visiting Cusco for a tour!

THE BEST!!! BOOK WITH THEM!!! They are the best! Lis was absolutely amazing, we went to her last minute, told her what we were thinking for our Machu Pichu trip, and she created for us the perfect two day trip. Everything was seamless, she was in contact with us the whole time, the guides were all great and we had the best time. We loved Peru Andean Hop so much we ended up booking another day trip to Rainbow Mountain with them. We ended up going with a private guide which was definitely the way to go! Our guide was incredible and so patient and all the negative reviews we read about guides rushing you and getting there with hundreds of people and only having a few mins to take pictures all ended up the complete opposite with our private tour. Our guide was great, he did not rush us, he waited until the weather got better so we could see the mountain in all of its glory, overall he took great care of us. We had two unforgettable trips thanks to Peru Andean Hop (and the prices were much better than competitors too). Their personal, caring approach was everything we could have asked for and we are forever grateful for giving us the best experience. Don’t even consider booking with anyone else! Passeios ótimos! Ivan nos proporcionou uma experiência muito boa e completa. Ele esteve comigo e com meu namorado durante todo o nosso tempo em Cusco. Mandou um carro para nos buscar no aeroporto e nos levar até o Hotel, foi nos receber no Hotel para explicar os passeios, nos deu um kit para ajudar com a altitude e sempre respondeu nossas mensagens muito rápido e estava sempre muito disponível. Fechamos 5 passeios com ele e foi tudo muito bom
